Happisburgh Dog Stay Guide

Happisburgh is one of the few beaches that is dog-friendly all year round, with many others restricted to cooler months only. It’s definitely a destination for dog lovers.

Most pubs accept dogs, restaurants tend not to.

Dog-friendly cafes can be found nearby, Smallsticks has garden dining, but in bad weather you can head to The Kingfisher Cafe in Walcott, Watson’s Cafe and Cafe Carmel in Bacton.

For walks try and cliff and beach of course, keep an eye out for seals though.

Then there are the footpaths and lanes in and around the village.

For a nice relaxed circular walk, head to Bacton Woods - its on the way to North Walsham and can provide some nice shade in hot summer months.
